A+ EXTREMELY PLEASED!!! After talking to three realtors, we did not have high expectations of selling our house quickly or for what we wanted. We saw the “Walker Team” ad and decided to give them a try. Donna came to the house on short notice with great comps and a good marketing plan. Short story, we had four acceptable offers in two days. We accepted the best offer. Donna and Alex also carried us through the inspection, appraisal and closing process without a hitch. We interviewed several realtors. Donna was the last one. She informed us of the market and where it stood versus telling me what I wanted to hear. Donna presented the information clearly. The overall presentation found on the MLS of our home was fantastic. Within two days after going on the MLS our home was sold. She kept us engaged and involved throughout the process along with being our advocate on all questions that arose. During the process we needed a short term rental. Donna had us a place to live right by where we sold our home in a matter of hours. It was nice to have someone that truly cared about our family. |

| After listing our home with 4 different agents in NY over a 2&1/2 year period we finally sold our home. The agents we encountered were completely incompetent and were only looking for a commission and were not looking out for our best interests. | Donna was great to work with! We made a big move from Pennsylvania to Florida with our two young boys. It was important for us to take our time and find a home that met our "checklist" of needs, which was also in a great school district and a safe community. This was no easy task. Having never lived in Florida before, we didn't know where to start looking. Donna started us off looking in the Fish Hawk and surrounding areas but we soon took Donna North, South, East and West of Tampa. Ultimately, we ended up back where our search started, in Valrico. Donna was so patient while we explored many, many areas and neighborhoods together. It took us quite a few months, and lot and lots of houses to look through, but Donna found us our dream home.
